    Best Mass Gaining Routines? Post plz

    plz help me figure out a solid mass building routine........Im planning on starting Max-Ot this monday but am i making the right choice. Is there any other progams or routines that will work better? Plz post....

    8-15 reps for hypertrophy. Stick with the basics. Periodize. Eat alot.

    i think you should always add some low rep (2-5) when gaining mass..JMO and personal expeirence

    I agree 100% I love being out of energy on the flat bench and squeezing out a few reps of some high weight
