Can we post our typical leg routines? Sets and reps?? Looking to change mine up a tad.

Mine last night..
405x6 strength is coming back from all this food
I was going to do stiff legged deadlifts...but the gym was closing so I just skipped to leg curls

Well I def love doing swoles for a couple months of the year, although I started throwing my own alterations to it!
the other day, I did 5 sets of squats, last two sets were 6 reps..then leg press (proper form) for my last set I dropped sets till I had 5 plates left a side. then I did some extentions..
Ever since I started my cycle I have been training hamstrings on a seperate day! Works much better for me

yep..im gonna start swoles here pretty soon. I wanted to start it while I was bulking so I would actually see some size from all that work . Can't decide if I want to do it for like a month at a time or do it like once every 3-4 workouts.

Seated leg curls(no lying in my shitty gym)
20 x 185 lbs
20 x 205 pounds
15 -20 x 225 pounds
30 rep triple drop set 175 lbs
Stiff legged deads
12 x 185
sometimes i do a drop set on the leg press with light weight after this or a couple sets of walking lunges, but i am usually too tired

Walk over to the squat rack.. get your head in the zone, and do something like this..
1. 140 x 12
2. 230 x 10
3. 320 x 8
4. 410 x 6
5. 420 x 4
6. 420 x 3
7. 410 x 8
8. 320 x 10
9. 230 x 15
10. 140 x 25
not everyweek of course.. but i did that one day and WOW! barfin was the only thing that really sucked afterward... that and i couldn't walk right for a few days..
