    Hows this routine

    Wondering what you guys think of this workout routine.

    Monday-chest/bi's

    Tuesday-Back/Tri's

    Wednesday-Shoulder

    Thursday-Quads

    Friday-Ham's

    Sat/Sun off

    I would go with
    Mon - Chest/Bi's
    Tu - Quads
    Wed - Back/Tri's
    Th - Hams
    Fri - Off
    Sat - Shoulders
    Sun - Off

    You need to put the lower body days inbetween upper body days so that you will have more recovery. Your upper and lower body workouts will improve dramatically.
