Okay so I am in the middle of bulking phase since sept., but I didnt plan on ending it until may, but I am going on a spring break trip to bahamas, in March(18th-24th) and I want to look nice for the beach...So I was thinking of starting a semi cut diet on Feb 1st and also add Cardio 40mins a day. and t3 and clen . Question is can I still lift like I was bulking Heavy sets low reps, and Still loose some body fat? What do you all reccommend, I really didnt plan on ending bulking, and I think after the trip I want to continue bulking until may. Help!
