I would like to know how it works for you in the months to come~good luck with GVT, I could never do it, although it would probably be good for me considering my reps never go above 6 or 7 on the main exercises. I can only bench 225 like 13 times and my max is 415 ( I have no Muscular endurance)!!

I love German Volume, I've done it about 4-5 times in the past and slapped on good muscle everytime. The first phase was tougher for me though w/ the higher reps, but wait until the second phase of it, thats when the size really starts coming on.

Its basically more sets at a little less workload, but with timed intervals b/ sets. It starts off quite easy, but after like the 6th or 7th set becomes difficult. It's focused around the major mass builders like bench, deadlift, squats etc. Like you may do 10 sets of 10 on bench at 60% max workload. Check it out on the net, there is a ton about it

I 'd like to hear your results. Don't ya just love the rebound you get after the 6-7th set... as long as you adhere to the strict rest periods - the adrenelin hits on key...
