Work out question from a novice cycler

Thanks for the read and imput!

Today is my 5th injection of what should be a 22 injection journey. It is
test e 1 cc per inject 2x per week monday and thurs. Anyway my question is this: I am noticing that perty much I am NOT getting sore like i used to following a work out. Should I be increasing the number of sets on a body part or increasing the amount of weight on a bodypart or both.
example: I will typically do chest and do 3 differant excercises with 3 to 4 sets per excercise and 8 to 10 reps.

    Thanks for the imput!

Depends more on intensity and the amount of weight pushed on worksets for me personally.

I agree with his statement, PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, is the key. Stick with what you are doing and keep the intensity up.

Try to do different exercises. If you bench on week, do db presses the next.
