Start abs while cutting, or wait till bulk
I'm currently on a cut cycle right now with Clen and T3. I've always ignored my abs in the gym because I had to much bodyfat to ever see them and was never really motivated. Should I start training them now? Or should I wait until I'm done cutting to try to add mass to my abs? BTW 20yrs old, 200lbs, 5'9, 20%bf. Thanks for the advice!

Im training them now while bulking..cant hurt. You are running clen and T3 alone??

just because you cant see the muscle doesnt mean you dont train it

As long as you have a PWO shake or something along the lines of carb/pro after training you'll be fine with working your abs during a cut. My $.02...
