need help with a good 3 day split while doing BJJ.
hey guys i'm wanting to get a good 3 day split that will strengthen me and make me prosper in BJJ. like should i do quick explosive sets or what?? i rly don't have any idea. i'd appreciate it if somebody could help me out. thanx

Are you looking to add any muscle? Get more explosive? Etc.

damn... and how do you think that works for u grappler?
and i'm looking for more strength of course and also more explosive.
i was just wondering if i should completely change up my workout for an art like this?
