Cardio on OFF Days - BULKERS?
What do you guys do for cardio on your off days? Bulkers doing PM? Is it retty moderate? slow incline walk or are you sprinting?

I don't feel a need to go to that point. I won't even be going that fast when I am cutting. 3.8 max.

I usually walk at a 12% incline at 3.1-3.2 MPH or I do the elliptical at about 15-16 level resistance

I think what I'll do is off days 3.5 at 4 or 5% incline for 35mins.

Run sprints on off days (3-4 days a week). Working very well for explosiveness and fatloss.
I've lost about 8lbs in 3-4 weeks. Lost some muscle thickness , but look more athletic and cut, so can't complain.
Wouldn't suggest doing it if your a bodybuilder or someone wanting to pack on size.

IMO its all about heart rate.. that determines what your body utilizes for fuel.
more strenuous the activity the higher the demand for amines
when bulking i do Cardio 5x a week, 35min at 60%MHR which is like taking a shit and reading a news paper but it helps me immensely w/ my stamina and excess fatty deposits..
when cutting i go 50min 6x a week 75% MHR which is like having sex(FOR A FAT KID)

i just feel cardio is essential for good health and when bulking .. thats hella hard on the body
some people can do it 3x a week yes but for me i see best results w/ 5x a week when bulking staying REALLY LOW on MHR

I'LL BET you 100-1 that you are the amount of fat you are burning with your am cardio is absolutely minimal. At 60%, my walking the dog for a mile in frigid weather burns just as much....guarunteed.

60% is exactly what Swole teaches and preaches... I do it a.m. almost every morning, every week, and im cutting up really well after my fall bulker.

70 is the highest I went..when I went 75 I noticed a bit of muscle loss by cutting.
Im in this jogging class and we jog a lil bit..I hope that doesn't hurt me while bulking.

I know its pretty gay. I eat 3 packets of weight control oatmeal and 10 eggwhites beforehand. (87g carb around 80g protein)
