Ab Training
Is it Okay to train my abs with weights. If so, should I treat it like any other muscle...ie once a week, three sets, 10 Rep Max.

IMO that would depend on the individual I personally get best results training them twice per week and always with resistance.

Training them with weights is great and training them without weights are ok..there are so many variances out there...i have recently started adding more weights to my Ab work and its great...i still need so much work and a good plan...
I generally use work Abs in between sets to give that body part a break.
