Dumbell vs. Barbell Training
Anybody have some feedback on Dumbell training vs. Barbell training? I've been pressing heavy weight with dumbells for chest and shoulders for months. But it seems that most training programs push for Barbell presses. Will I get good results continuing with Dumbells?
What's the best mass building / power exercise for Triceps?

Dumbells are great for building mass on the chest. use a slight incline and decline with them. i always use a flat barbell bench press too. close grip bench and over head tricep extensions work my tris really well.
