Calves & Abdominals
How often should u workout these muscles a week? Is it good to alternate calves and abs every workout?? And how many sets do u do for them for each session?

imo i do abs 3 times a week mon wed and fri and i do a strenuous calve workout after i do legs i mix up calves by doing low weight high reps and high weight low reps as for abs i dont use weight but i am going to start to and i just do 4-6 sets of different variations of crunches hope this helped

i've never trained calves any more than any other bodypart....abs three times a week

i think if youre lacking in calves and abs its a good idea to hit very other day

Each Only Twice A Week, If You Torch Them Well Enough You Won't Want/Need To Do Them Any More Than That...
