    Unilateral training with knee injury?

Right knee = F#cked. I'm able to do quarter range of motion on compound excersizes so I'm doing that too. I'm thinking, maybe I can do one leg at a time with a full range of motion on the good leg and a quarter ROM on the bad leg. I've read that in doing one limb you get a training effect on the other but to what degree this occurs - I have no idea. I don't want to lose size in my legs as I'm about to start my precontest diet. Any feedback?

Maybe see a doctor and don't "F*ck" it up anymore than it already is.

The voice of reason! I'm going to try to train around it though. I'm hoping that I can and I'm hoping that it will heal up soon. If it felt totally shitcanned I would rest but I'm thinking I might be able to work with it.
