Hey Guys I Need Help With A Shoulder Blaster!!
FOR SOME REASON SHOULDERS HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE WEAK PART OF MY TRAINING... WELL IM GOING TO COMMIT MYSELF TO BUILDING THEM UP... DOES ANYBODY HAVE A GOOD SHOULDER BLASTER I COULD COPY?? i DONT HAVE ANY SHOULDER MACHINES OR ANYTHING TO USE... THANK U SO MUCH!!

Keep it simple and heavy.
Military press (anterior)
135lbs * 15; 185lbs * 10; 225lbs * 8; 275lbs * 3; 135lbs * failure.
D/B laterals (medial)
25lbs * 15; 35lbs * 10; 45lbs * 8; 60lbs * 3. (Cheating on the last set)
Seated Bent over D/B rows (posterior) **Some poeple do this w/ Back, however, I don't.**
40lbs * 15; 50lbs * 10; 60lbs * 8; 70lbs *6, 80lbs * 4.
