    Pushup Question? Is to many pushups just being excessive

    Is 500 pushups and 500 situps a day very good for you or just being to excessive

    Thats a lot of time spent to stimulate the muscle...why not go to the gym and get a better workout...

    Pushups are really fun.
    I think they should always be done, especially if your on vacation, away from the gym etc.

    I use them for a warm up/pump up, or like geobatman said when on vacation or something like that.
