Ab Workouts
I'm sure a lot of people inquire opinions in regards to abs. I have yet another -
My lower back is not all that sturdy, and doing abs is important to prevent serious injury of my back. The only problem I have in doing abs is that my back gets sore while doing them. I cannot do simple incline crunches on a bench - my lower back develops a sharp pain.
Anyone here have a similar situation and have some suggestions as to what excersizes are the best to avoid lower back injury/pain while doing them?
Thanks,
MuX

steady yourself between two bars...like you are about to do dips...
raise your legs...either bend your knees and contract towards you chest...
Or keep your legs straight and raise your feet until your legs are parallel to the floor...

Have you tried physioball crunches, I like those it targets my abs very well and seems to be easy on the back, maybe it's worth a shot, hope this helps bro.
