Basing things off 1RM question
If I want to do SC's leg routine, do I use 50% of my 1 rep max or what?
If memory serves for 8-12 reps you use 70%. Is this correct?

I do not believe the precentage to be important only the ability to complete the desired reps with strict form and tempo.
