Workout Routine Starting Cycle Please Help
Please help with workout
Starting my bulking cycle today Monday my work routine looks like this:
Mon:
Chest –Tricep
Tues:
Back-Bicep
Wens:
Shoulders-legs
Thur-Sat:
Repeat
Please help need to know if this looks good for bulking
I want to get the most out of my gear that’s why I want to work
Out the muscle twice a week since I recover quiker when I am cycling
When am off I wanted to do one muscle a day
Please help

My advice is please do not do gear yet...

please read some more...
list your specific exercises and your specific diet...
save your body and wallet some trouble and just hold off...
