I'm gettin ready to do my 2nd cycle and it's gonna be a good one. Need some help on how to get my upper chest really thick this cycle. Have a little flab on lower chest, but not to worried bout that. Just want to concentrate on upper chest. Heres my drawback though. My right shoulder blade is plated together, and from surgery recovery i have some muscle atrophy. I mean, I can rep 315 on the flat and 295 on incline still, but dumbells really hurt. So what can I do for upper chest that will make them explode?
