I think working twice a day is ok with some restrictions. I wouldn't lift biceps on the same day as chest. I think it would be better to come back and lift tri's or shoulders after chest. Tomorrow if you did back in the morning i think it would be ok to come back and do bi's. just my opinion

I wouldnt, and the only reason I say this is that even though your muscles might not be being over worked, its very possible/probable that your CNS will be strained, and thats a no no. But I guess you could try it out and see how you feel. Good luck.

You might consider Lifting in the morning and cardio in the evening.
I do this, and seems to be going well.

I did that for several years, I switched it up around two months ago, after I read that test levels are highest in the morning, I cant say if its that or the new routine itself but I broke a plateau. So far so good.

i sometimes do an am/pm split that's both weights, usually when i'm bulking and don't do more than 30 min of cardio a day.

I personally like lifting in the morning and doing cardio on non-lifting days. Arnie used to do splits like this back in the day, but he is an exception to the rules. I think the biggest fear in training hardcore twice a day would be CNS strain as noted above...
