    Question chest problems

    in these pictures i have a saggy right pectoral muscle and i wanna know how i can tighted up my chest to make it look more even and better looking anyone with any advice please post thanks bros

    welp....i'd say prioritize the incline bench. do it first in your workouts

    that should pirk up your titties

    flat bench 5x5
    incline dbs 3x8-10
    pec deck 3x8-10
    cable cross overs 3x8-10

    pec deck 3x8-10
    cable cross overs 3x8-10

    id say up your bench more then 5 heavey sets of 5 and also do either pec deck or cable cross at the end but cut one out and insted add some dcline or flat db bench

    yea thats what i was thinking to do because the more i look the only thing that seems to develop the lower pec is decline movements sounds like an idea thanks for the advice boocooo

    IMO I would leave the cables and pec deck out they will not build any fullness only bring the final stirations out on a an already developed chest. I also believe you have to many overall sets for a small muscle group. I would drop sets and increase intensity on basic compound lifts. This is what i am currently doing.

    Flat Bench 3 * 6-8
    Incline Dumbbell 3 * 6-8
    DEcline Hammer Strength or
    Decline Bench Bench or parallel
    Bar Dips 3 * 6-8

    I have notice more new growth since start of year dropping Isolations moves and just sticking with compound movements.
