    incline db press

    today i was working my chest and i was doing incline db press and it felt like i was working my tris more than my chest any suggestions

    Make sure that your forearms are perpindicular to the floor. This should keep you from using your triceps as much.

    also make sure your elbows are pointed out your sides, rather than in front of you

    Exactly, think about it, when you do close grip bench presses you're primarily working your tris because your elbows are close to your body. Make sure to keep your grip wide and your elbows out and you'll hit your chest hard.
