    How's My Chest/Tri Routine

    Not sure if I'm over training my chest on chest/tri day. What do you guys think i should keep or take out of my routine. I'm looking for size I'm currently bulking.

    Chest
    BB Flats- 4sets 8-10 reps
    BB Incline- 3sets 8-10 reps
    DB Decline- 3sets 8-10 reps
    Cable Fly's- 3sets 8-10 reps

    Tri's
    Dips- 3sets 8-10 reps
    Skull Crushers- 3sets 8-10 reps

    looks like a pretty solid routine to me, make sure you have a wide grip on your dips and lean forward

    you might also try adding a couple sets of french presses at the end of your tri workout, those work my long head great

    I think it looks good. I would replace the decline DB with flat flyes, but that is just me. Flyes are a fantastic mass builder IMO. I would add some French Presses or seated overhead dumbbell extensions...something to work the long head.

    I'd do weighted dips for chest and take out the decline presses.

    Tris :

    2 sets of close grip presses(heavy ass wieght)
    2 sets push downs
    2 sets of skull crushers or some sort of extention(stretch) exercise

    If you are bulking, I would not have any fly movements for the chest included.

    thats what I usually do. Pressing movements seem to be MUCH better for mass.

    Not gonna hurt him though, i love decline flyes myself.
