    resting

    i was wondering about how many hours o sleep i should get i usually get like 10 hours i dont know if that is to much or not

    and another question i dont feel energized until i work out but before that i feel tired

    8 hours per day..10 is fine ...you don't need more then that

    that all depends on the person. 10 i think is too much 8 is ok but 6 for me is perfect. i can wake up at 6 hours of sleep and kinda be tired for like 10 min and then BAM im ok for the rest of the day. you should try to cut the hours back some.

    i love sleep . 8- 10 hrs i think is perfect. when i sleep more i feel groggy and if i sleep less grumpy.
