Hey guys,

I have benn trying to lean, naturally, and I seem to be getting weak on my bench. I am getting stronger on all other parts, but my bench seems to go down as I drop weight. I seem to go down 1 pound for every pound I drop. Is this normal. I lost 10 pounds and want to drop 10 more so I can get down to single digit bf%. I eat 1 gram protein per pound and I'm taking my time at it...
