    im looking for a five day split

    and with that i need lot s of detail, i just want something that will keep me in the gym 5 days a week, and will give me mass, if anyone can recomend a website that would be cool, im just finishing the 24 workout mass blitz from abcbodybuilding.com ... it was ok, not as much mass as i thought and i wasn't always sore like i thought i would be, thanks for the info guys

    ok just saw big kev's workout, no fucking way ... but if it worked for him i might give it a shot ?!?! does anyone else have any ideas ?

    A lot of people here are trying Big Kev's workout and liking it, so i'm sure it wont hurt to give it a try.

    Other than that the most common split is: (no particular order)
    Day1 Chest
    Day2 Back
    Day3 Shoulder
    Day4 Arms
    Day5 Legs
