working intercostals
Do you guys have any tips or good exercises to work out this particular area (intercostals also called the serratus I think?) I'd very much like to see my intercostals and have no idea how to work them out. Thanks.

here you go-------------->
straight arm pullovers
one arm cable pulls
vbar pulldowns
serratus crunches( either on a roman chair or hanging)
rope pulls, but i never do those

thanks for the response, but can you detail the exercises a bit? i'm not very familiar with the terms (roman chair never even heard of that), maybe you have some links with pics and descriptions, that would be very helpful.
