    Question Cable Crossovers

    What do you guys think of cable crossovers?? I heard that they are not intense enough..should I waste my time with these??

    I agree they are very good for shaping. Do not rush through them as I have seen people do. Take your time and keep good form and get a great stretch.

    Yea man I love them I use them whenever I do my chest and I feel the burn great.

    I love cross over msn. What i do witht hem i come really slow on the reverse, feel the sretch then i shoot forward. I guess you could say work the fast twicth fibers in ur chest, if there are any.. lol
    It hels stretch the muslce good depending on how far you come back.

    The pec decs. is the machine... ummmm damn yous it on it with your back on a pad. ummm wait. ITS LIKE A SItting up straigh verson of flies. ALmost the same movment except you are sitting striaght up!

    it hink that says it. lol.

    and the decs are justw en you sit on it with your chest on the pad pulling back. that works your rear delts i lbeilve??
