Burning muscles at my age?
Last week i picked up some rumours in my gym and on my school... Those people say that lifting and powertraining are very bad to do when your body hasnt fully developed yet, they say it may result in your muscles being burned...
I'm 17, and not yet fully developed yet, so these things scare me a little ...
Does someone has information on this ?

I wouldnt worry about this
At 17 your body is sooo good at building. What are your stats now?
The fact is to stay away from all juice, that will screw you up at your age.

im 17 now. first started lifting in the beginning of 8th grade and im fine... most of those rumors are total bull such as squatting will stunt your growth and curling will reshape your wrists. people just say it because they dont like doing that certain lift so its an excuse not to.

Do it up bro, just stay away from AS for 5 years or so.....
