    Cool shoulders help

    hi i want to put some meat (weight)on my shouldrs coz my shoulder frame is small what are the best exercises

    Mass movements...Keep it simple and heavy. Any kind of Military Press...Barbell...dumbell...Keep ypu sets low. Do only 8-10 reps max. DON'T OVERTRAIN YOUR SHOULDERS. Many people do this and you will not get any growth. For mass stay away from cables and machines as these tend to focus more on definition. This is just my opinion from my own experiance!!!!

    thanx ma i think u r right coz many of my friends in the gym told me that.
    i make 5 move for my shoulders is this overtraining!and i train them once per week
