    My training regime...

    Hi all! Nice board!

I have been working out for several years and recently started my first cycle.(sys/deca /nolv/chlom)
One thing I never have been satisfied with is my training regime, so Im making a new one!
    What do u guys think?

    1.shoulders/traps/abs
    2.bis/tris/forearms
    3.quads/hams
    4.chest/abs
    5.back/calvs
    6.rest

I want a regime that spands over 5-6 days.
Any other/better way to do this?

Is overtraining a more present danger when cycling?

    Be strong! Be safe!

Looks ok, only suggestion i have is train weakest body parts early in training cycle, say if your legs your trying to bring up train them 1st day and space out say shoulds and tri's so they are recovered before you hit chest, that type of thing.

It wouldn't be for me, i like a 3rd day, i do the following:

    Legs(quads) calves
    Chest Bi's
    Back/hams
    off
    Shoulders Tri's
    off
    off

seem to be strong doing it this way.

    Too much rest for me.
Is it easier to overtrain while on a cycle?
Or is it ok as long as I get enough calories?
I feel excellent with heavy/much training, but is it possible that I am decieved by the cycle, if u guys see what i mean?
As long as every muscle group gets 4-5 days rest between workouts, even though u work them hard, its ok?
"Theres no thing like overtraining, just undereating" (LPriest)

    Right?
