It seems like when ever i work my arms they never get a burn anymore. I mean they used to but in the last 5 or 6 months they havent. I go until failure but no burn. Just wondering does this mean im doin somethign wrong or what. Thanks all

Happens to me sometimes too. Try mixing up your arm routine. Try doing an exercise for bis, then one for tris, then one for bis again, and so on....

Mm i do 4 exercises for triceps and 3 for biceps, start with triceps then biceps etc.
Always gives me good pump!

Try shocking the shit out of them with hardcore drop sets. For example, I'll do one arm alternates...I'll start with the 65lb dumbells and do about 8 reps, drop them and immediately pick up the 50lbs, 6 more reps, drop them and pick up 35lbs, 6 more reps, drop them and pick up 20lbs...go to failure. Damn if my arms aren't super pumped after two sets!

I try to do somthin different everytime i go in. If i did preacher curls in week one then my next bi w/out would not include that.. Just try mixin up your routine every week..that outta get 'em
