    How do you change your workout for cutting cycle?

    How does your workout differ when you switch to a cutting cycle?
    Higher reps, that's obvious I guess. What about number of exercises, sets, going to failure etc. etc.

    for me i like more dumbells for chest and higher reps less rest between sets also adding more cardio

    The only things I change is tighter diet and more cardio. I always go heavy no matter if I'm cutting or bulking.

    I totally agree. this way you can test your max out every week to see if your burning up too much muscle.
    I'll usually add two burn out sets with 30sec. rest at the end of the workout though
