    Whats your stats now?
    What are your goals?
    What are your eating habits?

For sets and reps though, I usually warm up for 2-3 sets, then start my workout at my max weight for 1 rep working down in weight and up in reps.

I go down in weight due to the fact that if I went up, I would be spent before I reached my max. Therefor going down in weight and up in reps. allows me to test my max out every week.
If you look up bigkev's routine, thats where I got my workout from, just a few modifications for personal prefrence

I always work with 6 reps with sets of 3-5 (it always depends on the exercise, if you ask me). Working heavy builds strength AND mass, so why not go that way?
