    Cool shoulder workout

    is it wron if i am doing:behind neck,military press and shoulder press (dumbell) in the same shoulders workout?

    no i don't see whay not. Yous hould maybe vary the,. Like on week do the dumbel presses, nxt week do the Military presses. but if youw anna do em every week together I don't see a big deal. SOme people might tell you that behind the neck is bad for you, but i cannot help it when i put the bar infront i feel i am gettign more of an incle chest work out yah know.

    the reason i was asking this question is that all theese exercises i mean miltary press,behind neck,dumbell press train the same mucle the anterior mucle of the shoulder so i was thinkin that i am overtrainin

    I would do max 2 press exercisses.

    that sounds fine badass just do like 4 sets of each until failure and you should be fine

    If you do a behind the neck military press, it should target the trapezius muscles more than the anterior deltoid muscles, so don't worry about overtraining.
