OK everyone give me their .02
Ok about 4 weeks ago I started a hard core cutting diet. I was 6' 200lbs and about 11% BF. Right now I am 6' 188lbs and I have no clue what BF I have dropped to. Everything is really starting to rip up and I am happy with that but.....
Ok well now that I have began to really rip up, I really know the areas that I need to be working more and more. With the loss of a lot of bodyfat I lost some fat out of my chest and I know that I really need to work it. I am also going to attack my traps. The nest 5 weeks I am really tayloring my workout around this. The main targets of the next 5 weeks are : Chest Traps Shoulders Biceps and Triceps. My biceps are at 19" right now but my chest looks so out of porportion to the rest of my upper body.
For my chest I want to do the following excercises:
Incline DB
Decline DB
Flys using a pecdeck
Bench
What else is there to do? What do you guys do?
I was thinking about the following for the traps:
Just plain ole shrugs with the bar loaded up.
What else can I do?
I also will continue with my Biceps and Triceps because those are doing very nicely.
Do you think that I could work my chest and traps twice a week? I have plenty of protien and glutamine in my diet.
I would love everyone's input or whatever they would like to say, please.

Do same basic moves for chest, incline press either dumbell barbell mix it up and change reps etc.. from time to time, then either flat or decline press, and flies but with dumbells, stay away from machines for right now. Just basic moves. Also on cutting diet hard to grow much new mass. For traps, shurgs, but also do them with bar behind back, upright nows hit traps pretty good too and deadlifts do wonders for my traps.

Shades,
If your worried about proportion and want your chest to catch up with the rest of you body, you need to cut down on your arm training.
The game you're playing is one of disipline, it's easy for you to go to the gym and train your best bodyparts but, in order for you to reach your goals " as far as proportion is concerned " you may need to tone down your training on your best bodyparts. This isn't the easiest thing to do as people tend to train their best muscles harder and more frequent, this is where your disipline comes in. Just my .02

I would only work the chest and arms once a week. Take the rest and they will grow!!!

I agree with xxx183. Lay off the arm training some. Just maintain. for a while (ok grow some). If you are like me, your arms are so much stronger than the rest they dominate all you lifts, which limits your traps, lats, and chest. try some pre-exhaustion, and up the volume of them.

you grow when you sleep bro.
try upright rows for traps. they are a compound movement and if done properly they can do wonders. if you dont like the barbell for them try using the ezcurl bar.
