    Ya, I'll be 32 in Nov. Cool we're real close to the same age! Ya I also remember the good old bleachers really well! I just talked to my workout partner and since that day we ran the track. Both his shins about 6 to 7 inches up is killing him. Could this be shin splints? He says every time he runs that happens. And if so what can he do to make this better?? Any help he would be very appreciated!

    You guys are amping me up !! I friggin hate cardio. I'm not in it for the time just for the fat burning part of it. I do 25-35 minutes at 3.5 at a 7.0-11.0 incline..
    ALL I WANT TO SEE IS THE TIME DONE !!! Its working though down from 375 to 340 !!!! Buddah I'm feeling you bro. Im turning 32 this Sept and my goal is to be 300 lbs by my b'day !!

    Good jod Nuke!Keep it up and you will reach your goal.We ran 4 miles on the track today.This will make our fourth cardiovascular workout.The breathing is getting better I am not as winded after the jogging laps.How you guys doing with your cardio Buddah_Red and Nuke?Mine is going pretty good.We keep adding a quarter mile jogging each workout.
