I have been doing it for the past few months. All I can say is this work-out is bitching. I have increased my size a lot. I have changed it up sometimes. But for the most part I stick to what he says. You should like it as well.

The reasoning behind it is this:
Warm up on a few sets and then start off with your max and work down. This way, you're testing your max every week.
If you start low and work up, your spent before you can reach your max.

I use his to an extent. Switch it up between that and your usual routine every couple of months to shock the muscles with change.

And yes every set untill failure.

i have used his workout, works well for me .I also change things around usually every couple months .I like to add principles in there as well. Kepp in mind if your gonna do low volume training ,you must push to failure imo .

try diferent things and listen to your body ,it will tell you what works for you bro.

You got to love those leg days lol
