    wanna bet?

    I need some advice!!! I took a bet against my wife,brother, and sisters. To see who could loose the most inches in the mid-section. How would I go about it other than cardio and diet what kind of sit- ups should i do? I have till Aug 16, 2002 !!!!! Help!!!!!!!!

    Sorry sbarr, it's all cardio and diet sit-ups aren't going to help in fact they may hurt your bet if you add new muscle to your abs (your bet was to loose inches not who has the most impresive mid-section)

    Start your cardio and diet maybe a "Fat-Burner" of your choice.

    Eat a clean diet, cardio, good workout routine, and ECA.

    I lose about 10 pounds a month or so with 5 days of cardio a week and 3 days of weights.

    and most importantly, i eat clean and drink only water (not counting shakes).

    If you hit it hard you can do the same but i wouldnt think you would get much more than that.

    Stick with it though. the rewards are so much more than you can believe!
