Smile How heavy should I do Tri's this week?

I've got a Bench Press contest on Sunday at the local fair here, and it just occured to me that I have to do arms on Saturday. I think I can do bi's normal, but definately not tri's heavy. Any advice on this matter would be great.

Well its really too late for you to do anything in the gym to help you get ready for this contest. Some powerlifters have routines that reach a certain phase right around the time of competition. You should focus on eating right and getting enough sleep as these two things really affect whether you'll have a good day (lifting wise).

I would take a day or two off before the contest. Adrock had some good tips in there.

    Good Luck!
