first meal after cardio
I'm in a cutting cycle and I'm doin cardio ed with an empty stomach (in the morning),I usually eat protein pancakes made by myself and for the 4 final weeks I wanted to change and only eat a protein shake (50 g of whey)after to avoid all carbs sources in the day ( carbs in my pancakes come from oatmeal I put in).
Do you think it's a good idea ?

if your getting adequate calories and your not sluggish

me personal never tried all protein diet with zero carbs
i dont have nuff funds to run that
