    Ideas

    I just got in the mix of working out hard. I want to build some mass. I have been doing some poking around in bodybuilding.com and got this recomdation about a workout program. Now my question is is it ok to do cardio while working out or is it better on your off days. The work out will be one day on one day off for the week, then sat, sun off. Any ideas please..

    So you're going to be working out 3x a week? I'd do the cardio on your off days then. JMO though. Oh yeah, Welcome to AR!

    agree with neo
    put size on training HEAVY AND INTENSE 3 days per week and do cardio 2-3 days per week on other days

    i'd do as much lifting as possible, and minamal cardio to get maxium gains, you can get cut after you bulk up

    When im trying to build up my mass I do heavy workouts 5 times a week (of coarse different muscles everyday) and I also just lay of the cardio all together. IMO cardio makes me get thinner and more cut if you want bulk just do it once a week or not at all
