Well I am major newbie here so I dono what the machine is called you have your arm on a pad at a sloped angle and you pull a bar and it work your bicep strictly. I only did 45 pounds 3 sets 10 to 12 reps however many I could bang out. Well im pretty sure thats what did it...

If your new to working out, I would expect not to be able to move the arms.
My first week of working out, I went and played pool after an arm workout and couldn't even pick my arms up to shoot.

Second day is always worse, you should be fine

Hmm its getting more painful? its been two days off and its getting worse?

Do you have any redness or swelling? Its prolly just a huge cause of over workout but if it lasts more than 4 days its time to see the Doctor just in case.

It'll take about a week to recover if it was your first time to the gym. When I take time off and then return to the gym my muscles are stiff and sore the day after, and the second day is when I really start to feel pain. Take a hot bath.

When i first started working out i literally puked and almost passed out.. my whole body ached, and it did take about a week or so before my muscles started feeling better. Don't sweat it.. it has happend to the best of us.

Next time you go into the gym.. make sure you are using proper form.
