    Craziest thing happened....

    a little background info, i have been taking this betalean HP by EAS. I am on a PH cycle. But I don't think either has anything to with what happened after i left the gym yesterday. I had a pretty good leg workout, but not super intense. I started to feel a little nausea. After i left the gym it got worse. before i knew it i was throwing up outside my car door. WTF! I have gotten a little nausea after a leg workout before, but never actually threw up. Has anyone experienced this? what would cause it? Could it be the ephedra in the betalean?

    If you throw up after a leg workout, you know you had a good day at the gym.

    This may sound a little sick, but when you puke look at it and see if you can tell what it is. When I barf, it is usually just water and I feel pretty recharged afterwards. If it is the betalean or the PH you'll be able to tell. I agree with Pheedno, damn good workout bro.

    Yeah, I've been at the point of puking after a leg workout. Hell, even an intense back workout can make me nauseous. I always assumed it was because I had overheated, but I suppose just the strain may have caused it.

    It mainly attributed to the fact that all the blood rushes out of your stomach and into your lower body.

    Thanks, i thought maybe i was just screwed up. I have gotten a little nausea in the past but shit. All i threw up was the water i drank at the gym and some sweet potato from my last meal 2-3 hours before. My legs are sore as hell now though.

    One morning all i was on was ECA, i hit a full body workout and i was feeling terrible. i came home and tried to eat a cracker to feel better.

    heh i took one bite before i ran to the bathroom.

    From what i read, we all have a pukefest atleast once after a really good workout.
