    so far palme is the only one that knows what hes talking about heres mine and mine are huge bro pumpkin style.
    warm up very very good
    seted brabell presses to the front 3x 8-10superset with light behind the neck
    side lateral (swithch to cables evry other)4x 8-10
    front raises cables (can concentrate more for a better squeeze)3x 8-10
    rear delt machine 4x 8-12, short and sweet.heavy only if form is superb

    palme, go light so you don't get a torn rotator cuff, they had me do this workout right after i tore it and had surgery, 6 wks. later i did this workout. and it helped

    Just to mix it up and challenge myself, i will do side lateral raises sitting down. you are forced to have strict form. try doing drop sets with any three of the raises. I always start with a heavy compound exercise like military press, db press, etc... to get nice separation between the bi and outer head of the shoulder do cable lat raises. Sometimes i do both sides at the same time with the cables crossing in front of me. There is only so much you can do with a shoulder routine, just make your workout intense! JM.2

    Mine goes like this:

    Handstand pushups
    Military presses
    Lateral raises
    Straight-arm dumbbell kickback
