    Legs lagging HEEUUUGGGE!

    I have been working out for about 3 or so years and have mostly done my upper body and some legs. Then i started doing legs for football and they are strong just small as hell. Has anyone else ever quit training their upper body for a while and just did legs like 2 times a week for a couple months and get them where they should be? If anyone has had this problem before please tell me what you did to fix it.

    if you trained just your legs, and twice a week, you wouldn't be working out very much. No need to neglect your upper body. Incorporate a balls to the wall leg routine in there 1 day a week and you're golden

    I know what you mean bj, but my legs are lagging so bad i hate to wear shorts when i lift cause my arms are like as big ass my calves..almost my thighs too lol. and then id be doing my upper body like 5 times a weeek cause of all the other body parts up there and it would just keep getting bigger. I HATE LEGS

    Barbell Squat- 5 sets, 2-4-6-8-10
    Leg Press- 5 sets, 6-8-10-12-15
    Leg Extention- 5 sets, 10-12-12-15-20
    Stiffleg Deadlifts- 4 sets, 8-10-10-12
    Leg Curls- 5 sets, 10-12-12-15-20
    Lunges- 3 sets, 8-10-10


    Its bigkevs routine...exept for the leg press and lunges
