    Workout stamina

    Can anyone suggest something to do pre workout for stamina? If I don't eat right before I go to the gym my energy levels are gone by my second exercise and I can't lift hardly anything.

    Tried that, I took 3 ripped fuels before workout yesterday and didn't eat before I went to the gym, by the second set my strength was down about 30% more than usual.

    Try bringing either a powerade or a protien shake with honey in it. Either one should give you just enough carbs to keep you going.

    1/2 cup of oatmeal or an apple.
    with 20-30g of whey protein about 30-45minutes before you lift.....low cals and it helps me quite a bit.

    I hope that you don't mind G Child but I moved this thread to the workout section to see if it will get any more responses. The guys are right though, you really need to eat. If your stamina is dropping off when you don't eat then there is the answer to your question. It is important to remember that everyone has off their slow days along with the days when it seems that you can lift the world. Keep your chin up. I'm sure you'll be back to your old self in the gym in no time.

    Make sure you eat! Food is like gas in cars, cant go very far on an empty tank

    well nothing works like ephedra 2 pills b4 work out but make sure though no more than 3x week the powerade or gatorade work great too
    finally recondition your body you are maybe a little bit burn out so take aweek off eat like a pig and run that will help you a great deal too
