My 1-AD/NO2 experiences thus far
Ive been on 1-AD at 600mg for a month now as well as NO2 (6 pills a day). The first 2 weeks or so, didnt really see that much difference but felt like my strength was going up good. Then now the 4th week, Ive been lookin in the mirror and really like the size I've gotten. Not sure if its really size (i have gained like 7-8lbs) or maybe my physical make up just changed. but i look bigger and look more cut at the same time. because of the NO2, I really do have that "perpetual pump" all day that it says it gives. I have some pics on my camera but have to finish the roll, get them put on cd's, then ill post them here, i think i have some before pics. ill look.

(btw, if anyone lives in the DC area, Ill be moving there in september. lookin for a good gym)
