Need Some Help With My Chest
IMO my chest looks pretty good for my size but the one thing that it lacks in muscle in the lowermiddle region of my pecs. There doesnt seem to be much muscle there at all. Makes my pecs kinda look like bitch tits but anywayz if you can suggest any exercises this would be much apprecianted

decline push press after one handed rows, these work on symentry, and mass, i do 'em on back days, it doesn't really effect the chest days

Start your chest days with 5 sets of heavy declines for a few weeks. Should bring the lower chest up to par

thanks all I will have to try doin the decline at the begiinin of my workout becuase it usally comes at the end
