    Cool Mass workout

Okay, I got this workout from the Laymans Guide I for major mass and strenth gains. To me it seems as though your not getting enough rest though. Here is the routine. Tell me what you think, and if you guys have a better routine.
On workout days you do one lift for every muscle group.
    Bench press- 3x10
    Squats- 3x10
    Military press- 3x10
    Close grip bench- 3X10
    Bicept curl- 3x10
    Lat pull down- 3x10
    Crunches- 3x12

    Monday- Full Body Workout
    Tuesday- Rest
    Wednesday- Full BW
    Thursday- Rest
    Friday- Full BW

Personally, I'm not sure this routine would actually work. Your working out each muscle 3 times a week! I would think you would need more rest. Anyway, I didn't make this routine up, please give me some input on this system.
    Thanks

Not enough time to rest to grow muscles. For mass...1 once a week per body part. that sounds like some cardio or lightweight workout.

That's what I was thinking too. I'll scrap this routine for now.

I pulled this routine out of the laymans Guide I, and it said this was a good mass builder. I wonder what they were talking about?
